2010 - the year of the education revolution for Australia - is set to deliver both challenges and opportunities to the VET sector which will emphasise the importance of quality teaching, learning and assessment practices. Globalisation, equity, sustainability, industry engagement and quality practices in teaching and learning are now at the forefront of State and National policy and planning. The VET Teaching Conference 2010 will provide a forum for practitioners to participate in cutting-edge debate around these key issues and contribute to developing responsive training that meets the vocational and business needs of individuals, employers and community.
